Excellent Hotel Experience

central location tidy room helpful staff

The location was great and right next to the train station. It was a short walk to the town center. The room I had was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The multi storey car park across the road. Was not free.

The hotel restaurant does amazing food at excellent prices. There is also the bonus of children eating for free, and breakfast was refunded due to a dog policy misunderstanding. I really liked this facility.

The room was spacious and all necessary facilities were available. The room offers comfortable beds and a gorgeous ensuite. There is a coffee set, an iron, and a hairdryer in the room, so I was fully covered.

The staff were lovely and helpful . The staff couldn't have done more to. Reception staff were great and couldn't be faulted in anyway, and duty managers addressed a dog policy issue.

the hotel was clean and looked modern from the outside. the reception desk team provided excellent service. hotel rooms offered ample space, providing good views from the window! i found the staff efficient and helpful .

The location is convenient. The hotel is close to the train station! the room included a comfortable sofa and ample storage space. i found the bathroom extraction fan very effective, keeping the bathroom steam-free. the shower had good water pressure.

The minibar lacked variety. Only sparkling water was available, and i would have preferred still water.

I checked in quickly and the front desk staff was helpful. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I called reception and a pleasant man from housekeeping promptly brought bedding for the sofa.

The breakfast food was uninspired.
